and 5 sucks

in pretty much
the same way.

There’s no progression here.
There’s no movement,

no change. Let
the hands know,

the sweeping hands,
that they can stop

any second now.
I let-em off the hook.

And, if I thought 3
was going to be

better than 2,
really. If I thought 3

had even an outside shot
at being better than 2

I’d probably stay,
talking until 4

or so. About, or, to you
or whatever.
